The usual nonsense will resume very shortly, I can assure you all: I have had the most ludicrous intubation in the history of the world ever happen to me, and as soon as I’m out of therapy I’ll write it up for you. In the meantime, I have some shout-outs to give:
Thanks to Ambulance Driver and Free Thinker for the links. Ambulance Driver is a Paramedic working somewhere out there who always has something interesting to say; you can (and should) read his blog over at A Day in the Life of an Ambulance Driver. Free Thinker is one who I’m less familiar with, but his blog seems to cover some interesting political and current-affairs issue with a focus on LGBT issues. He can be found over at FreeThinker.
More thanks for the kind words from Meat in the Seat, a Paramedic working down south who’s got some wonderful stories, and also from Loving Annie, who focuses on the positive, which is a nice change from blogs like this one that completely ignore it.
Finally (sorry to be all “academy awards” here) thanks to Mielikki, over at First do no harm. She has an interesting nursing blog that’s well worth a look!
